I can’t find the word in webster dictionary to describe the excellency of Dr Khodakaram “s professional practice. A plus to him and his likeable staff. They always have treated me beyond my expectation. Thank you, Doctor and your colleagues.
Dr. Khodakaram is such a wonderful doctor, a true gentleman and a very kind person. He spends a lot of time with each and every patient, listening to all the symptoms carefully and patiently, answers all your questions and concerns. My whole family and extended family go to his office. I highly recommend him.
Dr Khodakarem has been my PCP for over 20 years and 4 moves and, despite living some distance away now, I have no intention of ever changing doctors. When I come in, I can always trust his diagnosis, trust his decision on what meds I may need and his staff are always personal and friendly. I did a full physical with a follow up this month and, as always, my questions were answered by his outstanding PA and I have the information I need to maintain peak health. This is a top to bottom A+ professional practice.
Please do yourself a favor and only come here for your medical needs. If your life is important to you, I would strongly suggest this practice. Dr. Khodakaram and Dr. Mofazzali are simply and clearly the best of the best. Don’t waste your time, life, and money in other practices.

Buford care is always on top of everything, the staff is always so nice, the PA Annika is amazing, she takes the time to get to know you as a person and really cares about your health giving you all of the info to make the best decision in the end together. The front office staff is always prompt and professional whenever I need anything they always follow through! By far one of the best doctor’s offices in Buford!

Naghmeh Noorani
Dr. Noorani quickly came in once I got into my room, and I was blown away. She was incredibly thorough—truly the most attentive doctor I’ve seen since I was a kid. She seriously took her time, asked so many thoughtful questions, and examined me the old-school way without bombarding me with all the unnecessary tests. She quickly ruled out anything serious and explained why antibiotics or steroids weren’t the right call, especially with my trip coming up; she didn’t want me to be having negative effects from either medications. She said she knew I was OK and just needed to hydrate and rest so instead, she recommended some over-the-counter meds and also gave me a simple allergy prescription, which worked like a charm. I’m already feeling great.
Dr. Naghmeh Noorani is hands on the best doctor I’ve had in many years. While the office itself is outdated and the environment wasn’t the most appealing, the staff was so warm and kind. The woman on the phone who helped me schedule an appointment was especially pleasant—she let me know the doctor wasn’t in yet and that I’d be seen by the nurse practitioner. I wasn’t seriously ill, just dealing with a sore throat and feeling off before a vacation, so I wanted to get checked out.
She spent well over 30 minutes with me—not just treating my immediate symptoms, but also taking the time to discuss my overall health, family history, and even women’s health topics. (Turns out she used to be an OB/GYN!) I mentioned that I struggle with severe anxiety when flying, and she thoughtfully prescribed something to help with that as well. In just one visit, she addressed my original illness, helped with my flight anxiety, gave me a childhood vaccine we found that I was long overdue for, and ordered a blood panel since I’ve never had bloodwork done and she noticed some potentially genetic health concerns. She also caught a few other things just by asking really thorough questions and genuinely listening… all of this cost under $35. I’ve never had a provider show that level of care and attention in a single visit.
I had a visit with Naghmeh today and she is a dexterous, caring and wonderful doctor.
Dr. Noorani is incredibly holistic in her approach—she listens, she cares, and she doesn’t just throw prescriptions at you. Everyone in the office was overly kind, and although I know there’s little distinction between doctors and nurse practitioners, I still would’ve never known she wasn’t an MD. She’s officially my new primary care provider, and I couldn’t be more thankful to have found her.

From the moment she walked into the room, her warm and welcoming demeanor put me at ease. She took the time to listen attentively to all my concerns, showing genuine care and empathy throughout our conversation.
Elham is wonderful and thorough from start to finish, and that means a lot to me. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, which I truly appreciate. The support staff is very professional and pleasant, making the whole experience even better.
